Emily is a life-long resident of Westerville, Ohio. She loves working in the dental field and is passionate about patient care and complete dental health. Emily enjoys working with Dr. Karyn White & Dr. Kevin O’Grady and the wonderful team of professionals at Crosswinds Dental. She loves the fact that she has the ability to take time for each patient, get to know them, and address all of their needs. Emily thinks the world of our current patients and always welcomes new patients to become part of our dental family.

Outside of the dental world, Emily enjoys designing her home using her own personal style. She loves creating simple contemporary designs. Creating comes naturally to her due to her artistic family. Emily is also a proud mother of her 13 year old daughter, Taylor. Taylor is an outstanding young lady, with amazing drive and a heart of gold. She plays volleyball for her high school and for club volleyball at Match Point. When not at volleyball game, Emily & her daughter like to spend time with friends and family, which she truly cherishes.

Jodi has been in dentistry for a little over 10 years. Some would say she is a bit of a dental nerd. Jodi started her career as a dental assistant and has slowly branched out into the other aspects of dentistry. Jodi has a real passion for what she does. Her favorite thing about her job is getting to know all of the patients. When not working, Jodi loves spending time with her husband, Noah and their 2 daughters, Madaline and Evie. She enjoys doing things outside including going to the zoo and visiting other interesting places. Jodi also enjoys going to flea markets and festivals, as well as, watching an old sitcom.

Gloria has lived in Ohio for the past 17 years. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH in 2008. Gloria currently resides in Dublin with her 2 children and fur baby Opie. Outside of the office, Gloria enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves a good OSU or Bengals football game.

Kristi has been a member of the team at Crosswinds Dental for the past 15+ years. She has also enjoyed being faculty member of the Dental Hygiene Department at Columbus State Community College for the past five years. Kristi enjoys being an advocate for complete health and wellness for our patients. Kristi currently resides in Westerville. She enjoys playing the keyboard and singing at her church. She makes frequent trips to Texas to spend time with her family.

Lisa has been in the dental field for 16 years and has been a part of the Crosswinds Dental team for the last 10+ years as Dr. O’Grady’s assistant. Lisa resides in Hilliard with her daughter and new husband in which she was reunited with after meeting in the 7th grade. Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends when not at work. She also enjoys participating in community services in her neighborhood.

Renee was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She has been in the dental field for 26+ years and employed by Crosswinds Dental for 20+ years. Over the years, Renee has been an important asset by performing multiple duties within the office. Renee resides in Blacklick and has 2 children. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and is very involved in her children’s sports.

Karyn was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Akron where she received a full scholarship for tennis. Karyn returned to Columbus to attend The Ohio State College of Dentistry and earned her DDS in 2005. She enjoys the variety of general dentistry and developing relationships with patients of all ages.

Karyn lives in New Albany with her husband and 2 children. She also has a chocolate lab, Buckeye and a Great Dane, Bailey. When Karyn is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also has a love for reading, working out, coaching/watching her kids sports teams, watching OSU football, and lounging on the beach (if she can find one!).

Kevin graduated from the Ohio State College of Dentistry in 1976 after completing his undergraduate education at the University of Notre Dame. He is a diplomat of The American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry and a fellow of The American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Kevin is an active member in organized dentistry and is currently on the Admissions & Credentials Board of AAID. He also served as the president of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2005. When Kevin is not working, he and his wife, Kay, enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.
